Please note, the Guest Rooms are around a 5 minute walk away from the main Reception desk. Directions to the accommodations (including a map), important information for during your stay and your room key code will be provided via email, direct from Lancaster University Guest Rooms, after you make your booking. Guests are requested to provide the names of all guests staying for the duration of the reservation at the time of booking.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
