Italy Prestigious Guest House

- The host Nicholo was extremely lovely and explained everything very clearly and well. - We paid slightly more for the private bathroom rather than shared, and because the house was empty, we had the floor all to ourselves anyways, butt he bathroom was great! Hot water which was great for a cold winter day walking around and was spacious. - For the price, the location is great, it was a mere 15-20 minute walk to everything we needed and there was a bus stop right outside which took us to the train station in 10 minutes.

The room was exceptionally beautiful, filled with light and tall ceilings. Our host Nic was very helpful and kind in every way, tips for places to visit, eat and drink.

The only thing to improve would be the pillows on the bed. Everything else was extremely comfortable.

This is a wonderful area to stay in. The location couldn’t be better. The building is very traditional and has a lift. It’s within walking distance to virtually everything you would want to do. Nick is a great host. He gave us suggestions on what to do and places to eat. Our room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and it had a nice outlook. The WiFi is good. The bathroom is just down the hall and it also was spacious and clean. Breakfast is included in the separate breakfast room. There is not a huge selection but certainly enough to start your day. Tea and coffee are available at breakfast time only. We arrived in Bologna by train and Nick gave us clear instructions on how to get to the property. We decided to take the bus from and to the station. This was easy to do and the stops are virtually outside the door. Nick communicated with us promptly prior to our arrival and was available, if needed, during our stay. We would certainly recommend Italy Prestigious Guest House for long or short term stays.

There is nothing really although we would have loved to have been able to make a cup of tea outside of the breakfast hours.

Nice room in a special building. Nice location. Great guest.

I didn't like having to go down the hall to the bathroom. Guess I didn't realize it was detached, when I booked.

The apartment was fantastic and beatiful , Nicola is great host and he helps a lot.

Unfortunately breakfast was weak

Really nice place, clean and with everything you might need. Great location, city centre was just a 10 minute walk. The owner was extremely helpful, he helped us with everything we asked and provided us a lot of information for places to visit and where to eat.

The creative ambience. Ease of entry and so convenient in location. On site welcoming family hosts for any requests.
