"Great place to stay."

Spacious, comfortable, clean room in very pleasant neighbourhood and only a 10 minute walk to the historic centre of Bologna. The host was friendly and welcoming. Plenty of room to hang clothes; good bathroom facilities. The building was quiet.

"Had a lovely stay"

Nice, quiet and convenient location with a bus stop outside. Very nicely decorated, liked the aesthetic of the place. Private bathroom very spacious and nice. Nick was very nice and welcoming, and recommended places to see and where to eat.

"Great stay"

Great location. Very friendly host. Lovely old house.

Just needed a drawer to keep underwear in and if possible thicker towels. Also extra pillows would have been good.

"A great Bologna base"

The size of the bedroom and the antique furniture! It was a very comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and informative about how to enjoy Bologna.

Basically nothing! It was a little hard to close the curtains in the bedroom, which made it difficult to keep early morning light out of the room. Otherwise, no complaints.

"Comfortable and relaxing"

Location and setting as well as the fact that it was a traditional house in Bologna

It was slightly cold in the room probably due to the fact that it was raining. I am sure that If we had asked for a heating device we would have gotten one but we did not stay long in the room.

"We had such a fab stay with Nick and his mother, and would book again in a heartbeat if we were to visit Bologna again!"

Nick gave us a wonderful welcome and provided us with amazing recommendations for places to eat and things to see around the area! A really comfy bed and well located to explore the city.

This place is in a great location - very close walking distance to the centre and a big park on the other side should you wish to get some tranquillity. Nicolas was really great providing a map with some recommendations- I found this more useful than I thought I would. Love the room espresso machine too!
