This property was very homey and comfortable. It was in a great location close to everything in Bologna and near the nice restaurants. It was very safe and secure also. The host, Nick, was incredibly attentive and helpful and provided great recommendations -especially for the best gelato. We loved our stay.

The room is so aesthetic with sufficient natural sunlight and the heating is amazing.

It might be a bit noisy when people staying next door leave and get it their room.

Generally we had a great time. Very polite host, nice big room with aristocratic decoration, view and coffee machine. Location great, walking distance from centre.

Small surprise the bathroom was outside the room and the room was a bit noisy from the street.
