We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location was really nice and it was close to the city centre by walking for 10 - 15 mins max. Our host, Nicola, was also very informative about the details of the attraction points of the city. We went to the places he recommended to us and really liked it. We would definitely recommend this place to all people who will visit Bologna! :)

"Very comfortable stay in a beautiful very old building very close to the heart of Bologna centre."

Location great. Room large and clean. Bedroom door does not lock properly which made me feel a little uneasy. I was expecting the house to be manned at all times. Breakfast not very good.

Breakfast. Fresh bread and some butter would have been nice. I didn’t like the packet Melba toasts . Very dry, even with jam. and access to a drink in your room or at least the dining room. (Outside of breakfast time).

Beautiful apartment with lovely big grand room & bathroom. Location was good for us as we're happy to have short walk into centre of town. Host help was perfect!

Just an amazing host and I can’t find words which can describe this wonderful building and apartment. So many small details, interior and everything was so beautiful and cozy. Highly recommend!

"A caring and welcoming host."

Personally met by the host who gave some very good advice on places to eat and the gelatateria🤗 which we simply loved. A big room in a historic building as the host had described and really good location to the centre of historic Bologna and explore all the nearby attractions including food , gardens and shopping The host provided a selection for breakfast and appreciated his efforts to get gluten free stuff for my sis.

Tha place is located on a slightly busy street and due to the heat we kept the beautiful large windows open so a bit noisy but got used to it!
