The host Jackie was very considerate and kind. Went out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable. She made very nice breakfast. I will definitely return.

Lovely and quiet location but still close enough to town for easy access. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast! Jackie is a very helpful and attentive host.

The rooms were bigger than usual. They had double doors that opened on to a nice patio and a beautiful green lawn; this created a feeling of space. The lady that manages the lodge was very kind and friendly. I like the stillness of the area and we saw the odd small wild deer. The communal braai area was good and the small pool/tub looked enticing and well kept.

Our room had windows high up, close to the double volume ceiling with no blinds or curtains. The sun would stream in from about 04h00 in the morning and the room was super bright. Langebaan has extended periods of loadshedding far worse than Cape Town. The shower was a struggle; either very cold or very hot. I did not like the fact that the breakfast room with beautiful glass doors and a beautiful flow onto the grass lawn was always kept closed. It felt very unwelcome and stuffy.

By now all lodges in Rsa should at least have a small inverter/battery system to ensure there is wifi when power is down. No excuse not to have it. Cost is R3000 to R5000. Business travelers can do with poor lighting but need wifi access.

Lovely service by an incredibly charming host!! Gorgeous room with views to the garden, very personalised and tasty breakfast. will come again!
