Riad Merstane Marrakech

De sfeer in de Riad is nog oorspronkelijk. Mooi binnenplaatsje met daaraan grenzend de kamers. Een gemeenschappelijke huiskamer en rooftop. Goede wifi. In de kamers een goed bed, douche, wc, wastafel. Het water was heerlijk warm. De manager was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam Hij had een prachtige plattegrond tekening gemaakt als routekaart en gaf daarop allerlei tips aan voor bezienswaardigheden, eten en drinken. Hij was zeer behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Zo ook met het reserveren van excursies met een voor hem bekende ervaren chauffeur met een goede taxibus. We hebben hier enkele keren gebruik van gemaakt en dat was een erg fijne ervaring. Ook het overige personeel (avond/nachtwacht en housekeeping) waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima. Brood met verschillende jam, honing, kaas, boter en olijven. Iedere morgen een omelet en/of pannenkoek. Heerlijke koffie, verse jus en warme melk.

Er viel niets tegen, alleen de locatie ligt ca. 15 minuten lopen van de Medina. Als je 's avonds nog wat zou willen doen, is er niet direct iets in de buurt.

Rachid is a wonderful host. The Riad is a calm oasis away from the crazy chaos of the souk- lots of beautiful tilework, lush plants, a comfortable sitting room with books and games and a very nice roof terrace. Location is great, the souk, some attractions and good restaurants within 10 to 20 minutes walking distance. Breakfast is good. Room was the same as photos. Great shower. Air con and plug in heater in room. Very peaceful when guests are considerate! If I was returning to Marrakech I would absolutely stay there again!

Wifi was terrible in the bedroom though much better in the courtyard and the sitting room. Some flies at breakfast as mentioned by others. Mattress very hard, may not be to everyone's taste. Bed against the wall on one side which may be difficult for some. Found the lack of natural daylight a bit difficult after a few days but was still happy to have experienced a Riad!

Our host Mohamed was absolutely the best! So warm and hospitable welcoming, he took care of us during the whole stay. The Riad was really amazing, we enjoyed a lot the rooftop, we had great breakfast. Everything was super super nice! Totally recommend staying here!

Lo staff della struttura è stato davvero gentile, nello specifico Mohammed ci ha fatte sentire davvero a casa

Location and kind and friendly service

A belső udvar nagyon hangulatos volt. - tele volt növényekkel. Hűtő - fűtő klima van a szobában. Minden nap volt takarítás és rendbe tették a szobát.

A belső udvar ahol a reggeli volt, sajnos sok volt a légy.

Beautiful quiet Riad, with a nice garden/sitting area, short walk into the main parts of town. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you
