Perfect 8 nights in the Bay Villas. - The best food we ate in Sri Lanka (a complete culinary experience). - The staff is super friendly! They would do anything to make your stay unforgettable. - Amazing “private” bay right next to the accommodation. Basically everything was perfect, we will definitely come back one day.

We had a great time despite the boutique mistakes that I am still having to deal with. The location is great, the room is great, the view is amazing. Beach was nice but windy. The food is amazing and delicious special thanks to Mr. Joseph, who cooked with love. The staff who are running this boutique they are really helpful and great people to deal with gorgeous people they're attending to help in every way. Special thanks to Linorad and Joseph and Suzan. It's our pleasure to meet them personally they're great 👍 Those people who make the place worth to stay there ❤️

There are a lot of things you should put in mind and need to take care of in this boutique : 1. There is no fridge to put things in the room. 2. There is no electric kettle in the room . 3. No extra beds if you have one more member of your family. We used the chair. 4. The boutique hotel needs some maintenance. 5. Some of the AC are not working well, and they need repair. I hope the owner of this boutique can take care of these points seriously to solve all the mentioned points above because we really liked this beautiful place very much, and we want to come back again.

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth! The beach is absolutely fantastic, maybe the most beautiful we saw in Sri Lanka and it is totally private. We did not expect to have a villa on two floors - you really don’t understand it from the photos, which was amazing. Just so much space, very comfy bed and two balconies with amazing sunset views. The food was tasty, they prepare it specially for you and serve it in your dining room. The staff was very friendly, especially Joseph, who was like a grandfather to our daughter and took good care of everything. Would stay in the villa again and for a longer time.

The floor by the pool and the villas from the outside could use some maintenance. Same goes for the shower outside. The villas are right next to the (high)way, but it is not noisy at all - just good to know.

Everything was just perfect: the food was delicious, the view breathtaking and the beach a dream come true. The amazing management and the lovely staff made our trip to Sri Lanka unforgettable. Thank you for having us!

We couldn't have wished for a better start to our holiday than here at Bay Villas Balapitya. here the guests are carried on hands, all wishes are fulfilled immediately it's like paradise on earth. we quickly took the manager Leonard Josef to our hearts and the entire team is extremely lovely. everything was perfect. the chef cook Viktor joseph spoiled our palates with Sri Lankan specialities and delighted us every day with new delicacies. Angelika after four days in the Bay Villas i can say: i didn't find it good at all - because "good" is far too small a term for the all-embracing bliss with which one leaves this place. the great humour and quick-wittedness of leonard contributes to this in no small measure. i got on very well with him 09.01.2023 Jürgen

location, staff, food and how aesthetically well done the rooms and property were furnished. Excellent staff who were ready to assist all the time and the food was excellent.

Absolutely nothing. Just a bit of advice that each Villa is too huge to accommodate just 2 adults. In my view it makes more economic sense to divide each Villa into two separate rooms to be rented out for 2 adults each. Or the Villa should have additional beds like sofa beds to accommodate 2 adults plus 2 children, that way the cost to family will be economical and it will be rented out for most days. We were 2 adults and 2 children and had to rent out 2 villas , which were two huge for our requirements and plus was expensive for us. I hope you will consider my advice. Secondly the property needs some repairs here and there and hopefully that will be taken care of as the season starts. Lovely stay otherwise at a beautiful property.

Our stay at Bay Villas Balapitiya was just perfect. The location directly on the beach is breathtaking, our room was well equipped and the served food was very tasty. The crew is professional and ready to help, but also very friendly. It was the best place we visited during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. We really enjoyed our stay here and would gladly recommend it!
