Room on the River

Everything! Absolutely superb for a stay in Cruden Bay. Fantastic shower , huge bath and all top quality products. One of the nicest continental breakfast we have ever had . Gillian our host thought of everything. Lovely big seating area outside listening to the river flow and birds singing . Will be back very soon that's for sure 👌

We had an amazing stay, room is located perfectly close to the river and is very cosy and peaceful. A lot of attention has been paid to details and the room is tastefully decorated.. the bath was a great experience and really relaxing after a long day! Continental breakfast was way over the expectations, fridge was stocked with fruit, yogurt, croissants, cheese and ham, etc, many thanks for everything! See you soon!

Gillian's attention to detail is second to none, making this a very comfortable little space with everything you could need. There were plenty of snacks in the room including special food to accommodate my wheat intolerance. We had ample room after using the drawers under the bed and stowing one of our suitcases in the car. Gillian and Doug are great sources of information about local history and places to visit.

Hosts were very welcoming. Room was very clean and fridge well stocked. Hosts also kept in touch to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would recommend 👌

Accommodation was excellent the hosts were lovely lots of exploring around cruden Bay and surrounding areas the beaches along the coast are absolutely beautiful cruden Bay has bars and restaurants nearby also a Chinese takeaway which is really nice

Gillian and Douglas were exceptional hosts. A warm welcome and tour of the room to ensure comfort, along with great recommendations for food and touring. The room was well-appointed, very clean, stocked refrigerator, comfortable bed, modern bathroom with great bathtub.

Great host lovely cosy room and loved the bath.
