"Terrible experience at Laing's Lodge"

The rooms were very hot with no proper ventilation. It was good that it was a stop over to Cape Town. Was booked for a sleepover with breakfast but we were told there's no breakfast but the website said there was bed and breakfast. They put us in a place that looked like a dungeon at the end of the road with a different name from Laing's Lodge. This was simply undermining us. It was terrible expirience

Booked at Laing's Lodge but sent to a very bad rooms away from Laing's Lodge. The aircon made it even worse as they weren't as good. The rooms were nothing as shown in the pictures. The rooms where we were accommodated were so small we couldn't move around the double bed in the room. It was so small we couldn't pass each other when walking on each side of the bed.
