Location near the city but easy to find

The hosts Was welcoming, was very helpful with tips about the area and recommendations for eating places. The room was pleasant and clean. The host kindly provided us with shampoo and body gel, something I would have expected automatically.

Sadly, I struggle to sleep when it’s noisy environment. I found the room too close to the N24 and the traffic noise was a bit too much for me. Luckily at night, we could close the windows to attenuate the noise. This would have been a big problem for me on a hot day.

Host was very hospitable & accommodating. Quiet, comfy sleep & full Irish breakfast thoughtfully prepared. Kathleen provided the BEST recommendations for sightseeing & restaurants in Waterford.

Older residence so a bit shy on electrical outlets (charging digital devices)

The host will make you feel like home. Lovely place with an excellent vibe. Sadly we were there for 2 days, but I'd book it again anytime.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Kathleen was a lovely host and cooked a fantastic breakfast. Free parking on site.
