Lovely smooth bedding. Good location close to South Cliff Gardens. James the owner was friendly and helpful. There was a folder in our room with lots of useful information.

One or two mishaps at breakfast 2 out of 3 days, but food tasty and plentiful.

Situated in a nice part of town near parks and upper promenade

Room7 was so tiny with a small shower stuck in the corner inside the bedroom. Only 1 hand towel in toilet. Furniture was very basic.
