Lounge was nice ,extras in room eg nice biscuits, earbuds in bathroom .good information pack. Very nice building.

Room 1 was very small, hot and airless and a nasty odour from the bathroom.

The host James was friendly and welcoming. Great position and only few minutes walk to the beach front. Lovely breakfast with local produce. Room was comfortable for a solo traveller. Nice little touches in the room - box of tissues, cotton wool pads and cotton buds. Nice hand soap and shower gel in bathroom.

There was a false finger nail on the bathroom floor from previous occupant. A mat in the bath would have good as I recently had a hip replacement.

"Good for a couple of days"

The breakfast choice and quality were excellent

Lack of shelf space in the bathroom. This was more significant because we were staying for a week. Shorter stays would not be impacted as much. Slightly cramped no dressing table or mirror.
