Hopley house was a very good find ! My room 10 was big and airy and very clean and comfortable Tv and WiFi were excellent Great farm shop and although I didn’t use the cafe the menu looked excellent

Room 10 on the ground floor was rarely noisy as the road was very busy BUT with ear plugs I haas a great nights sleep!

Difficult to find parking on arrival, had to wait to check in, the building smelt damp, horrible smell, room was cold, no lamps worked, toilet didn't flush, kettle took 15 mins to boil, Wi-Fi was constantly buffering, tea bags in container were stained, like they'd got wet, cups and glasses were stuck to the plastic tray. The accommodation requires major investment/refurbishment I personally would never stay again.
