Great sized house, with a lovely outlook on the river. Modern amenities and everything you need to cook. If you're looking for a comfortable home to holiday in this is a great option. We visited with my wife and 7 month old.

No black out curtains in the rooms, pumps are a little noisy but being a rural area there is likely not much they can do about it.

We purchased groceries for breakfast & lunch

Response from staff was a bit delayed. We asked to use washer & dryer, but did not hear back from staff until following day. When we were able to use it, we were told by the people occupying adjacent room that the laundry was making too much noise & they shut it off. Pretty frustrating.

The home is a wonderful architecturally designed home with an amazing outlook and location. Well appointed home. Having beach towels was a bonus thank you.

The property needs some maintenance - some blinds did not work or were missing in the living room making it extremely hot with NO A/C:( The second bedroom was extremely hot with again no A/C and only a small louvre window for air. The housekeeper did bring a second fan which was a blessing but still needs more airflow or a/c options for more comfort especially in the summer months. There was also an odour in the second bathroom that was hard to ignore. Most of the cabinets in the kitchen did not work which was very frustrating - latches need repairing but other than that it was a well appointed kitchen overall.

Nice quiet neighborhood, clean, nice outdoor space

No A/C one small fan in summer and heat not adequate. Open windows without screens and lights at night =insects indoors. Unit small mattress too thin.

Amazing location, beach practically on your doorstep and close to all major attractions in the area. Nice touches with beach towels and breakfast, also a spade for the hot water beach.

Very thin walls - could hear everything from both sides (1am check in by neighbours was like a stampede) Very hot with only the small fan to cool the room. Lots of ants in the room all over the walls and in and around the coffee machine from the moment we arrived.
