Quirky little place, the hostess was very kind. Excellent breakfasts. Direct access to garden for my dog

The location is excellent with trees & garden around. Julia is a very good hostess. She gave us a good breakfast & excellent advice about visiting Standen, a fabulous Arts & Crafts house just south of E. Grinstead. Highly recommended! She has a very nice house, thoughtfully adapted.

The room was quite narrow which is a pity. She has adapted what was already there. The internet was patchy. Not her fault.
