A great Croft house with a welcoming host! The house is decorated with cool design elements and eye for detail. The bedroom was cosy with a very comfortable bed. In the morning we were provided with an amazing breakfast; whisky porridge and toast with avocado and a poached egg. It was a very welcoming warm experience staying here.

Host seemed lovely on the phone but the place was nothing like advertised.

We requested an earlier breakfast because we were leaving early. The host agreed, but did not turn up at the agreed time.

We didn't like the fact that the bathroom contained used towels. We alerted the host, and she provided fresh towels. There was a previous guest's hair on the floor.

The place serves a great breakfast, especially the whisky porridge. The room is small but has a nice bed and a great shower. It's also nicely decorated. It's pretty easy to reach, also by public transport.

The hostess was... quaint. Communication was often unclear, and the ad did not give us the right impression of the place. She kept bringing up numerous weird conspiracy theories during breakfast, which made us feel uncomfortable. There are two very active and loud dogs that can come into the common area that is attached to the room, which wasn't clear from the ad (there are also two cats). This is probably fine if you're a dog lover, but it meant we didn't feel comfortable going to the common area. They were also constantly fighting. They tried to follow us into our room multiple times, and the other guests mentioned that one pissed (!) in the bathroom they shared with the hostess. Finally, it's just a pretty expensive room also for the area, for a small room which wasn't that clean either. It's hard to recommend.
