In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Breakfast includes cereals, porridge and fresh fruit followed by a full cooked breakfast with toast, coffee/tea and fruit juice. Special diets and an early breakfast can also be catered for by prior arrangement. For your safety and comfort, smoking is not permitted anywhere in Balyett. The house is happy to take arrivals from the late ferries, just let them know your estimated time of arrival. Pick-up/drop-off service for foot passengers from the ferry port and train station, on request. Breakfast includes Fruit Juice, Cereals, Porridge and Fresh Fruit followed by a full cooked breakfast with toast, coffee or tea. Special diets and an early breakfast can also be catered for by arrangement.

Great location for ferry from Cairnryan - lovely communication from Jacqui ahead of our arrival. Room a great size (family room) all very clean. Delicious breakfast

Room was small but clean. Breakfast was good

Location out of the way. Wash hand basin was separate from shower and toilet which was not very convenient. As the room was small, I rose early had a shower, dressed and left the room to allow my sister in law, who is 85 years to have some privacy to wash and dress. Accommodation did not have disability facilities, which I was aware prior to booking, however my sister in law did struggle to climb the stairs.
