Everything! This place deserves a score of 20 out of 10! Breakfast was great, tasty, and generous, served on the porch outside looking over a magnificent garden. The place has everything you may need, from a fully equipped kitchen (for a B&B place), to the tiny details. The hosts are lovely, did I mention generous? Highly recommended, we travel all over the world and this is one of the best places we ever stayed in.

Quiet. Friendly Absolutely everything you might possibly need. Very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Def would come back again and will share this gem with friends and family

Host friendly and helpful. Good location on the SH1, short drive to Warkworth and Matakana. Very spacious apartment, very well equipped and clean. Enjoyed the decoration, homely feel. Great range of cooked breakfast options, delicious. Overall would recommend.

"What a find! Don't pass this up!"

A spacious 'homely' cottage. Too many thoughtful 'above and beyond' special extras to name! You'll just have to stay and find out for yourself. The included home cooked breakfast (choice of 4) was just outstanding! Bed was huge. Covered outdoor room and lovely garden area, not aware of road noise so near the main highway. Was a lovely winter 'hunker down' night away.

"Home from home"

Everything! So nice to have full cooking facilities, fridge with some goodies, huge comfortable bed, indoor and covered outdoor comfy chairs, home from home, great breakfast
