"Absolutely fabulous"

Everything from the cleanliness of the room to home made bread for breakfast was spot on. Jaye is a superstar host and she deserves 10 out of 10.

The wi-fi kept cutting off but I noticed there is bad reception in the whole area.

"needed good road access and it was very suitable for the major road"

continental breakfast self help, tv on digital but makes its own choice, room clean and white a good bathroom with big shower room,

very isolate no-one to associate normally, dog is friendly only when on site, very steep hill on both sides of the village with through traffic only one lane, never had time to explore because I only had one day of past visiting in neighbouring county.

Mooie comfortabele kamer. Fijn bed, goede douche. Alles is super schoon. Mooi weids uitzicht over de heuvels. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor veel mooie wandelingen. Een goede pub met lekkere maaltijden op loopafstand. Super vriendelijke en behulpzame host met aandacht voor de natuur (biologische producten ed). We voelden ons heel welkom. Eigen ingang, veel privacy. Echt een aanrader, we komen graag nog eens terug!

"Exceptional"

I was a lone female traveller and really enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect base for exploring the area. Woollacombe was a 25 minute drive away and Lynton and Lynmouth only 10 minutes. Highly recommend visiting both. Very spacious room, gorgeous view, lovely breakfast, friendly host and very friendly doggy!

"Cute and cozy"

We had a fantastic stay at the Highfield House. The room felt very cozy and had a great view! The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast was good as well. Parracombe is a cute little town, we went to the local store and the Fox&Goose restaurant which were both great.
