very picturesque location very quaint and quiet lovely friendly welcome from Philip and his staff Phillip is very friendly and made us feel very welcome enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening we arrived

Very generous and freshly cooked breakfast. Some youghurt/fruit would be welcome additions. Very convenient for the Eden Project and well placed for other attracftions such as The Lost Gardens and Lanhydrock.

Apart from the additon of yoghurt and fruit at breakfast nothing else really. The facilities are very good and the cleanliness exceptional.

Lovely breakfast accommodating food preferences & wishes too. Lovely quiet location in a beautiful house & grounds near to a beautiful valley.

Maybe a slightly later breakfast end time for some…but also fine I think & there was anyway flexibility & a bit of overlap if need.

We travelled quite a distance for our break away. On our arrival we were greeted by Andy with a warm and friendly smile. We were shown to our room, our first impression was clean, lovely deco and peaceful. Breakfast we met Wendy and a lovely lady, Breakfast was 5 star nothing was too much trouble. Mush say Andy and Wendy contributed to a lovely and memorable holiday thanks to their knowledge of the surrounding areas Thank you both very much

Fantastiskt fint rum. Trevligt värdpar. Bra frukost.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst door Andy. De accommodatie ligt in een rustige buurt. We hebben hier twee nachten overnacht; alles was tiptop in orde en zeer proper. Bovendien ligt het dicht bij het Eden Project, Restormel Castle en voor wie houdt van tv-series zoals Poldark, het charmante dorpje Charlestown.

Een klein minpuntje dat eenvoudig opgelost kan worden, is het voorzien van een stekkerdoos bij het nachtkastje. De stopcontacten zijn nu in gebruik voor de nachtlampjes.
