Annie’s Place is one of the BEST B&B’s I’ve stayed in. Jared is absolutely the best host, his attention to detail is phenomenal. Breakfast both mornings was absolutely delicious. He was able to help us plan our day & recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner. He also gave us excellent directions to a beautiful and secluded slot canyon which we located and had all to ourselves! I HIGHLY recommend this place & will come back in a heartbeat. We had a room with a private balcony. What a treat to walk out in the AM and hear the birds singing as the sun rose. It just doesn’t get much better than that!

Everything was great. No complaints at all, well, maybe one. Annie’s Place has spoiled us & I don’t know if another B&B could ever match this one!!

The room was beautiful with doors opening to a terrace, looking at the mountains. The sun setting right in front of us. Showering while looking at the fantastic view. Jared cooked an amazing breakfast, had lots of good tips. He can even make lunch or dinner as long as you give him a heads up the day before. Very glad we booked a two day stay here!
