Everything was exceptional! We felt very welcome and relaxed in this comforting atmosphere. The views off the deck were spectacular. We enjoyed watching the deer grazing. The fireplace was great to knock off the chilly weather. And the home cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and hearty to send us off for a day exploring.

No complaints.

"Great albeit pricy location."

Location, views, Jared ( the operator), other guests …certainly not a Days Inn clientele! Comfortable room. Truly Excellent breakfast . Fabulous area of the continent for geography.

Over $400 a night for Boulder seems awfully high. Local restaurants few and far between so read menus in advance and prebook.

Location, views

Doors to outside wouldn't lock, and Cats would come into our room and had to be shooed out. AC would reset in the middle of night leaving us hot. I contacted the owner, and he received my text but didn't respond. Took us a day to realize that there were bath towels in the closet. We were using hand towels before then. Would be nice if they were more visible.

"We would not choose to stay here again."

Breakfast was OK.

The grounds were poorly maintained with lots of "junk" surrounding the buildings. Weeds were not controlled with an abundance of puncture vine present. We had no toilet paper in our rooms and no cups or glasses. Our host, Jared was very helpful in suggesting things for us to see.
