Jared was amazing - such a great host! We only had one night there after a week of dispersed camping and hiking as a treat before heading home. The breakfast was all from local products and delicious and the room was spacious, comfortable, had great views and a huge bathroom (and we had the least expensive room!) It was expensive for us, but totally worth the money. Oh, and we loved the cats too!

Stayed at Annie’s as a stopover between Bryce Canyon and Capital Reef. Couldn’t have been more perfect. It was just like staying at a friend’s house. Home grown and home made breakfast. He arranged dinner reservations at the only restaurant, and gave us super directions to the park via a very scenic back route. Would absolutely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. PS Beautiful room with a view!

"Sadly a bad experience"

The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable

It’s impossible to reach the structure in the night . I have been searching for it for almost 2 hours, as the map of booking took as to the cemetery, google maps and Waze lead us in the middle of nowhere. The phone number on booking which I called several times , didn’t give an answer, same the message the facility! Called booking and they weren’t able to reach them either. We found it by fortune , and when i explained the manager our difficulties to reach them he said why didn’t you call me? Anyway we slept well than in the morning we saw the other guests get a menu to choose breakfast , we only got two slice of bread , which was hard to chew , probably old . We didn’t get a choice like the others . So bad cause the place was really nice but didn’t get a good experience .

Annie’s was close to so many wonderful places including our favorite restaurant Hell’s Backbone Grill and the drive across Hogback Ridge.

Wind noise in bedroom. Windows may be a bit sub par or not well sealed.
