Annie's Place Bed & Breakfast

The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. We had a great view of the White Cliffs to the west. Jared, the host, was very attentive to our needs, and hospitable. We will come back again!

The unique remote location in southern Utah. Boulder Utah is quite different… isolated yet within a day trip to many national parks

Location is perfect and Jared, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of guests. We've stayed everywhere in Boulder over the years, and Annie's combination of comfort and convenience is unparalleled.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Jared is a wonderful host and great conversationalist. Luxurious rooms with great views. Jared prepared a fresh farm style breakfast with locally sourced ingredients as well as abundant fresh fruits grown in the Boulder valley. Definitely hope to get back sometime in the not too distant future

The views are spectacular, staff is very friendly and helpful- including knowledge & recommendations of things to do nearby. Food was plentiful and very good. Farm fresh eggs, gardens, adorable cats/kittens.

The room we stayed in was below the main house/kitchen and we heard every step and conversation above us throughout the day and into the evening. We would stay again, but would choose something on the second level or on the opposite side of the main house.
