"Excellent B&B in a lovely village"

We stayed in room 3 which was up 2 flights of stairs. The room was lovely and had a good tea and coffee selection and some biscuits. The room was a good size and very quirky as expected on an old building, it had very low beams which wasn't a problem as we are not that tall! The bed was comfy although a bit squeaky! The breakfast in the morning was excellent, we both had an antlers breakfast with orange juice and tea and it was superb. We were served by a lovely lady who was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Only a slight niggle that as avid tea drinkers we would have liked more tea bags in the room!

Perfect location. Well equipped rooms. Really nice breakfast

The room was really cold when we arrived but a quick adjust of the radiators sorted it. The bathroom floor was very cold!!

Breakfast was lovely Bed was comfy

Room was freezing wheb we arrived, I had to ask a staff member and the heating was turned on! She turned the thermo stat up to 16 degrees. I asked for a portable heater, she said they didn't have any. It did drop colf in the middle of the night as windows let in a lot of draft even with the blinds closed Decor was old and tired- rooms could do with a refresh
