Great staff, great haggis, comfortable room, warm atmosphere. Top breakfast! Well priced. A home from home.

Not great to have to leave bar area early due to staff shortages. Paint on ceiling in bedroom pealing off.

Lovely quiet village. A perfect country pub with an open fire. Jess behind the bar was so friendly and lovely. We had a great stay. Very much a dog friendly B+B. 👌

There was nothing we all that we didn't like.

The rooms and bathroom was great. The staff were friendly and so helpful throughout our stay. The food was excellent, just what you needed after a long walk. Massive thank you to Jess who told us to detour past Harepool water falls on our next day of the St Cuthberts way, it was indeed a great spot for lunch.
