Location to town and railway station Radiator worked

Just about everything really the bathroom was actually larger than bedroom itself with stupid sliding door RM6 bed awful headboard loose Traffic noise unacceptable carpet needs replacing

Good location

Bathroom - toilet seat not attached to toilet - toilet door was slidiing door but did not cover doorway therefore lacked privacy. My husband spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to turn the temperature of the water down in the shower as it was very hot. The thermostat was stuck. We generally thought the room was very poor.

I didn't know what to do with the keys at the end of the stay.

Didn't know what to do with the keys at the end of the stay, no one picked up the phone and no staff available. Left them in the room and rang them later.
