Very nice property in great location for local drinks and food. Best pub around few doors along. Nice owners, clean and comfortable. Parking (even for my large van) was not problem.

The breakfast was excellent. The welcome and overall friendliness and professionalism of the owners far exceeded my expectation. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I couldn't hear any other guests or outside noise despite its location being on a main road.

A mirror in the bedroom that was at my height, I used the one in the hall opposite my bedroom.

The location was very good. Very central to the main high street, cafe & shops etc

A little disappointed with the interior of the property. Yes I appreciate its an old property but a little more care was needed when decorating etc

Clean and in centre of Wellington. For us very convenient as, luckily, only a one night stay visiting friends. We arrived late, do not take breakfast so little contact with hosts.

Stayed in Room 5, looked out onto road but not too noisy. Room small, twin beds, slept well, no sitting space only the beds. To use toilet had to sit at 90 degrees to loo then shuffle round to straighten with knees almost against wall. High Ten inch step into/out of shower room difficult for anyone with mobility problems

The communication and organisation was perfect from giving us the door code if we were going to be late arriving, to parking suggestions. The beds are extremely comfortable and you cannot fault the cleanliness. My son loved the alexa being able to turn the lights on/off! The breakfast was also delicious, particularly the coffee and the orange juice.

We were a bit hot (nothing the owners could do as they provide a fan), and road was a bit busy so noisy with window open (again, nothing the owners can do as grade 2 listed building).
