The room that I had booked, someone was already in it so got put in another that was absolutely filthy! The staff was so unhelpful.

No food available, not warm Bathroom was not clean - many hairs on multiple surfaces

I stayed in a single room with my dog, and it had everything I needed. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was a kettle with a nice range of drinks to make, as well as bottled water and some biscuits, which was a lovely touch. It was also really nice to have a continental breakfast waiting outside my door in the morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I ordered food during my stay; although there was a bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it because the meal was really tasty.I had a great stay for both me and my dog. I’d definitely come back again.

The provision of a brand new toaster for my gluten free bread was really appreciated the sheets were clean as was the bathroom.

The room was not clean, it was claustrophobically small and had boxes of bedding stored under the bed. Only continental breakfasts were available, though my dietary needs were accommodated. The room was cold.

It was clean and the staff were very welcoming
