Wonderful location. Large rooms

Small, bad breakfast that costs $20. Chilaquiles were only fried tortillas and sauce. Adding two eggs was an additional $8. Wait staffwas surly. Our internet kept breaking

Loved our open air penthouse.

Unique property. Owner warned us ahead of time about the stairs. He offered us a room that limited the steps. Was worth it.

Great location! Stayed in the king deluxe suite and the beach was right in front with a great view from the balcony. The food at the hotels was really good and so was the staff.

Dental kit was not available

Breakfast options were lovely and the staff working in the restaurants and cleaning were wonderful!

Overall, our stay was lovely. As many others have mentioned the construction starting around 8:30-9 each morning and ending around 6pm was not at all what we were expecting and nothing was mentioned to us. We were hoping for a relaxing... listening to the ocean waves... end to our trip and unfortunately the construction did not allow that. We also never received any welcome margaritas or a full tour. We explored and figured it out, but there were many people that came after us that we saw getting walked around the entire property.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación que tiene el hotel, frente a playas muy lindas para una experiencia relajante, la atención del personal, muy amables, buena limpieza del lugar y facil movilidad por medio de uber, los tiempos de espera y costos accesibles.

Desafortunadamente durante mi estancia el hotel estuvo en remodelación, la habitación con demasiada humedad, el olor a humedad era molesto, mala conexión de wi-fi y perdida de señal constante. El hotel indica que son muchas escaleras y si, a tener en cuenta que son demasiadas escaleras para bajar a playa, para subir al comedor, para subir al área de alberca, etc. No apto para personas con poca movilidad, la tienda más cercana involucra una subida un poco empinada. Sería bueno que el hotel contará con alguna máquina expendedora de alimentos dentro del hotel para poder adquirir un snack durante la noche.

The property and room (Alejandro) was absolutely breathtaking! As a world traveler, this is one of the most unique, beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, warm, and accommodating. The food was superb. We enjoyed swimming and having breakfast right on the beach. Highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, and groups of friends for a relaxing, one of a kind experience. Would return again!

The view was nice.

We were completely deceived by this hotel. It doesn’t look at all like the pictures, since they are completely photoshopped. It has tons of stairs and everything seems very small and uncomfortable. Besides, the hotel was in reparation during our stay so filled with workers, very disturbing noise and dirt everywhere. The staff didn’t even say good morning to us and we had to leave the entire day to avoid being there. Also the locations is pretty far from nice beaches. The beach there is awful. Also, the room didn’t seem very clean, there was filth accumulated for years, specially in the bathroom. We also had pieces broken of the facilities.
