The staff smiles and I have to say in the restaurant the poor waitress Safiya, twice she was sent out to tell me that they had run out of main meal I asked for. But she was so sincere and kept a smile. What an impressive member of staff.

All was great, would suggest that the menu should reflect a selection for all. If I hadn't ordered the last fish and chips I think there would only have been vegetarian meals left and that was at 18.40.

Super Lage,wir hatten ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit Meerblick. Allerdings sehr teuer. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, Frühstück hatten wir auf unserer Tour bessere und günstigere.

Room, location, reception staff all amazing

Service at dinner was a bit chaotic; in fact, we had to order at the bar, even though it was table service. The rest of the staff were great, but our waitress didn't acknowledge us at all; it must have been a bad day for them.

The room was possibly the best hotel room I have ever stayed in, and there have been many. The staff were profession al, friendly and really excellent.

We had the most fabulous stay at this hotel. The rooms were a wonderful surprise, beautiful to look at, clean with lovely touches such as bottled water and a fabulous selection of tea and coffee. Everything looked as if it had been freshly painted, and was clean and bright. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel at home. What was a wonderful surprise was that they had a gluten-free menu and were able to cater for my coeliac daughter. We will definitely be back.
