Lulworth Cove Inn

so I like to send my elderly mother to the hotel once a year for a little break. Last year was lovely . This year was not good. At 81 we expected some assistance. When she checked in she asked for help booking her car in, the staff were not helpful in the first instance, eventually they helped as she struggled with the technology. Last year the parking was free for residents, this year £20. On departure they chased her into the carpark and presented her with a £15 bill that was unpaid. Embarrassed, she asked what it was for as she had settled her bill. The told her that she hadn't paid for the dogs accommodation. So £35 of hidden charges and unhelpful staff resulted ruined her treat

Všetko bolo úžasné. Jedlo, ubytovanie a personál bez problému. Wifi fungovalo. V izbe bol čajník a rôzne možnosti na pitie(káva, čaj, horúca čokoláda). Po prvýkrát v živote som videl čistú vodu v plechovke, taká zaujímavosť pre mňa osobne.

Another great stay

The room and the overall location was perfect with super helpful staff on hand when needed.

There wasn't much we didn't like at all, apart from I got stuck in a window because I thought I lost a key - the bedroom windows could be bigger as if they were I wouldn't have got stuck.
