Value for money, tea and coffee facilities and good location.

The room was cold, the heating didn't come on until 9 pm and was only on for two hours. This was raised with the staff and were advised to use an electric heater which didn't heat the room. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too so and requested additional pillows on booking and the request was confirmed, however, no additional pillows were in the room. I had to ask the staff for additional pillows which were provided. The bacon and sausage weren't too high quality and were cheap quality.

Price and hot breakfast . Good coffee though.

Full breakfast has no real bacon and sausages . It’s a halal breakfast. Room is Mouldy and bad smell. Generally lack of maintenance and management. As a 2nd time stay The hotel condition is worse than last time. Won’t come back again.
