Communication with the property was great. The team accommodated my needs and requests without hesitation. All very convenient thank you!

We liked the location, we liked the size of the room and bathroom.

The bed was noisy as the springs were just making noises with every toss and turn we made, tv could do with an upgrade as it was small and beds were far back could barely see the tv. Thankfully we had our laptop.

Lovely gentleman greeted us on arrival. Very willing to be helpful. He also ran the restaurant adjacent which was spotless and decor fresh. Breakfast was beautifully presented.

We gave up trying to work out the TV, maybe a bit more information needed for us older Australians!!

The facilities were good. The room was clean and d the bed comfortable. Note sure about the carpet, they are lots of stains. Also, the blanket was on the wardrobe floor line it was thrown there and not on the shelf. I wish you had a hairdryer which you should have. The restaurant was next door however, it is very disappointing that you are not willing to make hit drink coffee or tea or provide small snack. I would advise to get a small coffee machine or kettle to make drink if you don’t want to use your huge industrial coffee machine. My kettle didn’t work, glad it was change. Thank you.

Didn’t know the area and the amenities were a bit of the way out in Yeovil or a services about 1half miles down the road ,the staff were polite and helpful ,the bed was so comfy,fresh towel were provided,and we did try the food next door not a big selection on a Sunday buffet but it was nice

Some damp in bathroom ,breakfast not bad but very oily no bacon we had turkey rashers smoked not nice (think no bacon due to religious reasons)
