Hawk House was convenient for a couple of nights stay, although it was right next to the busy A303 we weren't bothered by any road noise at all. The room was clean and comfortable, the young man who seemed to be running everything was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the Blue Camel Indian restaurant was a very welcome bonus!

Friendly greeting by staff who were responsive to request for hair dryer. Parking was good. Clean sheets. The size of the room was good, and there was an additional over blanket available.
The room was cold and smelled a little damp. There was a portable heater available, thankfully. The bathroom was cold ... no control over heating.... radiator paint was peeling, and some mould in the shower....no shower mat, so I had to use a small towel to ensure non-slip floor when stepping out of shower. The bed was not comfortable.
