John and Helene hit it out of the park as far as being wonderful hosts: lovely and personable. They made us feel right at home. A delicious breakfast was a bonus. Great location for the Waitomo glow worm cave tours.

I wish we had stayed longer than one night...a great launching pad for some beautiful hikes.

"Charming inn in the center of Waitomo! Excellent hosts!"

John and Helen were excellent and welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We were able to get checked in between our morning and afternoon cave tours and had a lovely stay! This was the only B&B we stayed at in New Zealand but we loved it!

What a fun place! The owners meet you with a warm welcome and a story. The location is excellent and breakfast was exceptional.

The owners warn you in advance about their steep driveway and they are accurate.
