Location was good as I was visiting family in Chinnor and the room was clean and an ok price for the area. Neel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee in the cafe was good.

Bedding seemed good quality but was stained and towels frayed. Although clean, the place seemed quite tired. Coffee and tea not replenished on second day.

Loose toilet seat, dirty toilet brush, dirty serviette by the kettle, cup mark rings on the worktop. However, bed, toilet and shower were all clean
