The room and facilities were excellent. We were made to feel very welcome. Fresh coffee bags, and when we ordered a takeaway, the host provided us with plates and cutlery. Breakfast was excellent.

Access to the Ridgeway is great, but make sure you come directly, rather than via Chinnor village as there are sections of the road with no footpath.

Staff we fantastic and the breakfast was lovely. They should do a bigger breakfast though as it was delicious!

Smart, modern interior. Good towels and shower.

The milk was off, so night time and early morning drink was ruined. No cafe on a Monday not mentioned in advert/listing. Dirty cups in room.

"Disappointing!"

Breakfast was a complete farce. A knock on our room door to inform us that our booked time for breakfast would be a half an hour late - apparently because the coffee machine had not been turned on! No cereals - I had to ask for fruit juice. The menu to choose from was their daily snack menu - the nearest item we could get to a breakfast was avocado on toast.

Wash basin in en suite had only a hot water supply to it. Cold water for teas/coffee was provided by bottled water.
