Ramada by Wyndham Branson Theatre District

Smelled like smoke and butt holes. Nothing like the pictures

The floors where nasty my kids took off their shoes and walked around the room playing it wasnt a few minutes and their feet are dark black from the nasty floor

I was given a room that someone was in and in a different part of the hotel (Howard Johnson not Ramada). The building was not as advertised. When I got our room it was clean but there were some characters around as well as the police.

Nice people. The rooms are okay. The outside is horribly dirty and needs a major cleaning

I booked the room based on the low price. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We have stayed a couple times and it has always been great.

The desk people were friendly and very helpful The only thing that was bad is the ice machine was broken in our hotel but we could use the one and the hotel next to us, which is the same property

Room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work

The counter agent was rude and had no personality. There was a mattress in the window of the room she gave us. Told the desk agent she acted as if it was a surprise to her. There were people hanging strong the buildings and on the curb outside the door where

Cops were outside our building twice and last time was right in front of our door at 1 in the morning. Breakfast was very disappointing, juice machine was broke, my food was cold and waffle mix was really watery. When we got into our room, the housekeeping has left there cleaning supplies on counter which tells me no run through before making sure room was cleaned. Soap residue all over the shower and floor still had many things that should have been vacuumed. Beds were comfy and staff was very friendly but they need work on breakfast and housekeeping needs to make sure they are thorough when job is finished.
