Ramada by Wyndham Branson Theatre District

Room was flooded with water then I was given another room. It was fine.

Let’s just start with the price reflects to property. The room we booked (king room) wasn’t clean for us until 7pm which check in is 3pm. We we arrived back to the hotel after we were notified it was clean we walked into the room and the bed was broken in half. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a double queen room. With all of that being said the double queen room was disgusting. I personally own a cleaning company so I may just be being critical but to us it was nasty. The outside pool wasn’t open, ice maker doesn’t work, hair in the shower, toothpaste smudged on the mirror, etc… the new owner seems to be helping a ton and gave us another night. I would stay here again as they are definitly remodeling just not the room we got.

Bed Bugs!!!! When this is brought to the attention of the on duty manager he said and I quote "yea we have a bedbug problem here." Just a suggestion but you might want to stop running out rooms until you have it under control.

Nothing like the pictures. The sign was a banner instead of fixing the. Current one. The car parked in manager parking had pillows and blankets in the back seat. We could see daylight through the part of our door that should lock. We checked in at 530, saw the room, spent an hour calling other hotels, reserved a new room elsewhere, came back and checked out. Didn’t even spend the night. The staff didn’t even question it they just took our key back. There were many vehicles there with peoples entire home in it. Fridges stoves everything like they lived there. Absolute trash and will never be back. If we couldn’t have found another room we were just going to spend our anniversary driving back home

I felt like I had been a victim of a "Bait and Switch". The lobby of the building where we checked in was the one in the photos, but not of the building where we stayed. We were next door, a full motel size lot away. I requested a main floor or elevator; the motel had neither. The room looked clean, at least from the door. A closer look revealed litter under the beds. One queen bed was ALMOST against the wall, no room to be able to get out of bed on that side. The beds were comfortable enough, but the sheets didn't fit! They came off each night. The tub hadn't been cleaned thoroughly for a long time. It was a yellow gold w/a deeper gold ring near the bottom. Some elbow-grease would have taken care that. We did not want housekeeping in our room there, so we hung the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The first day it worked. The second day it did not. Someone was in our room & emptied the garbage. BUT THAT IS ALL THEY DID! If they entered, why didn't they leave clean towels or make beds??? We did use the pool ONCE! It was on a neighboring piece of property (a short block away). I do not think it had received any attention in quite a while as the dust-bunnies were plentiful, there were discarded papers and straws, something that looked like a woman's sanitary item on the floor, also some broken pieces of toys (or candy?) scattered about. Oh yes, the water, along with being cold, was cloudy (does that mean dirty?) and smelled of chemicals. I won't stay there again.

Air conditioner in original room provided was dead when we got there around 6 and the staff did not move us to a different one until after 11 pm

We came to watch a show everything was great

Pool not heated. Had to move to another hotel. Owner was very understanding and refunded are money.

Average hotel. Not pristine but good for a nights sleep. Outside of the property had trash and the parking lot had a lot of weeds.

This is a bait and switch. Online they say they are near the titanic on Branson they are 20min away. This is the most rundown Ramada I have ever stayed at. The ac did not even cool the room The pictures of the hotel is of the one next door where they make you check in with 3 different hotel names on it. I checked in online to make the check in easier they where very rude trying to convince me that when I did that the information went to corporate and they don’t get that information.
