Ramada by Wyndham Branson Theatre District

Rooms were not ready for occupancy. TV didn't work, there were no table and chairs in the room ( was told that company didn't allow them in rooms ) refrigeration wasn;t cooling properly, toiletries were not stocked up, phone was disconnected from wall ( cord cut), asked if maintenance person could come and fix the problems, but they never showed up. I was comped one night for all the troubles I encountered but then charged the entire stay on the credit card. I paid CASH for the whole stay. This motel needs to train their staff better and be more prepared for guests. If your a senior citizen having trouble setting on high places, beware, you have to doi everything from setting on the bed. No chairs allowed and the beds are high.Other than that I had a great time in Branson !!

Place was dirty, mattress extremely uncomfortable, took 1/2 hour for water to get warm enough to take shower, asked to be moved to better room, reeked of cigarette smoke, laid down to take nap, didn’t have dead bolt locked but did have the latch in place, someone tried to enter our room, front desk had rented it to another person. Will never stay at this Hotel Hell again.

The room was ok, the T.V said no signal. The pool was so pretty didn’t smell like chlorine however there was no bathroom so my husband had to take one of our kiddos back to our room ( in the next door building) to go to the bathroom, pool was also chilly. The breakfast area was not in the building the room was in and it’s tiny with minamal options the poor guy handling the food could not keep up with the amount of people.

The property was combined with another hotel with one office. My first experience was getting a key to the wrong hotel. The room was no where near what was pictured on tthe website. There was no chair, the table leg was busted, the tv did not work, the towel rack in the bathroom was not present the towels were on the clothes shelf. There was trash on the floor in the bathroom and under the bed. There was no magager on duty of the mornings. I would have expected more from the brand "RAMADA" . I would never have expected a hotel that looked slated for demolation. I just wish I could find a public review area to warn people of this hotel.

The hotel lobby is at a different hotel. The indoor pool and breakfast is in a different hotel. You can tell these hotels are worn out. Heavy musky smell in the rooms. Windows are filthy. The boards surrounding the AC is filthy and you can see the outside from inside. Once you walk over to the other hotel for your breakfast you find the sausage is cooked to a light grayish color, no eggs…. so I went to McDonald’s. But I only paid $50, so you get what you paid for!
