AC didn’t get cold enough. One of the outlets didn’t work.

Very nice place to stay.

It was fine other than the toilet would rock and we told the manger so they can fix it!

Front desk receptionist, old ladies were very rude and got annoyed for asking Wi-Fi password and why it’s not working. Very limited options on breakfast and don’t refill when finished. Overall no customer service or proper breakfast available.

It was horrible. The line to check in took more than an hour and a half. It’s 2 separate hotels. There was no tv remote or anyway to turn it on. We had 2 rooms and 6 people and only 4 towels between both rooms. We asked for more towels and they had none at all. Not enough pillows for all of us.

Staff short, 3 travelers 2 towels, couldn't get extras, showed up at breakfast 20 min before end no food and wouldn't make more, gave each of us a bagel, multiple things needed repair.Day 3 asked for room to be clean didn't happen but we finally got that third towel.

There was NO ice machine!

It was between to different hotels the one we were at the ice machine wasn’t working so either had to walk or drive next door for ice went to indoor pool it was very cold and slippery and very rude people as we left to walk back to our hotel another person about hit me and my kids with their car

Rough hotel. U check into the one next to it. Trash left under bed

It was definitely ran down. And u check into the hotel next to it and then u have to drive back onto road and go next door. There was trash left under the bed from previous. I have small kids is why I know. Cheap hotel. Swimming area was rough too. They did a great job taking pictures.
