Ramada by Wyndham Branson Theatre District

The property is very rundown. Our first room did not have chairs or a table. The mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable. They moved us to another room with chairs and a table. The mattress was slightly more comfortable but needed to be replaced. The walkways and stairs were very dirty with cigarette butts everywhere.

The best part about our rooms was the water pressure

When we got there they had no rooms available so we had to scramble to find other losging

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The property however was FALLING APART. There was mold on the awnings, there were old dirty mattresses outside under the pool deck. The bed had a huge divit in it. I have pictures, however this app won't let me add them.

Beds were to soft, poor pillows, toilet kept running, rattle in bathroom fan, no sound on TV & stuck on Spanish, curtains didn’t close tight!

A lot of night time noise. May have been gunshots, May have been fireworks??? The police showed up it was a rough night.

Loved how it was cool upon entry of the unit, very clean and welcoming.

Check in was terrible. Hotel lost second room. Gave us replacements. One room wouldnt open. They moved us yet again. Room tv wouldnt turn up. Other rooms air was messed up. Pool was closed down. They tried to second charge me for rooms. Once fully in rooms there were dead roaches, used baby nipple, crumbs and other trash under bed.

I dont how say this but pictures are nothing liks it is. Room was not clean at all. Bathtub was gross. Picked a towel up from floor black cause flioor was so dirty. Idk If ya'll only show reviews that are good. Cause there should be many more bad reviews. Lady made a big complaint when i was leaving I know she wasn't happy. I feel like we were lied too. Cause i promise pictures that were shown not anything like what it was. Run down and i could live with that but the place was not clean at all. There's no outside pool like shows indoor pool was not clean place either. I do believe we should get a refund but we weren't there 24 hrs so I figured one night we made do.

The hotel was not what was listed on the booking you check in at a different location and that is where the pools and everything are located all the pictures on the listing are pictures of the Howard Johnson not the Ramada
