Treebo JP Residency

The location is good and accessible to prominent city places. The Kitchen department staffs were very friendly and supportive, they extended support by provided tea, coffee at the table during morning breakfasts.

The Room had issues in the bathroom, the TV remotes and cable remotes didnt work most of the times. The AC was in a bad state, unclean and dusty, the first floor and Elevator had foul smell. Cockroaches also found inside the room. Requested for change of room, however was not considered. Parking is limited, probably 4 cars can park on the ground, and if more cars come you would get stuck while leaving out and waiting for other guest to come and move their cars. Its evident that rooms are not prepared prior to checkin and no actions are taken to fix or address the issues. Out of all the Treebo, i have visited in past, this one turned out to be the worst.

Requirments not good. Conjusted room. Tv is not working. Small ടോയ്ലറ്റ്.. We are not satisfyed....

free breakfast means they will give that according to their time...The problem was they couldn't even a coffee when requested...No courtesy they had..everything the staff in the kitchen decides and if the lady is not there then nothing you can get early The room was too small for three people..I think it was not the right price we gave for it..Even treebo was asking us to pay before or else they will cancel the room..it was atrocious. Think twice before booking in Treebo

The washroom is very small in size and there is not enough space for bathing, so its not comfort for me and disappointed me a lot.
