"Check the room smell before you take it."

Breakfast and Service was good.

We specifically selected a Non- smoking room as we have a kid. But initially we were assigned already someone smoked room. As soon as we opened the room it was full of smokey smell. Then we asked for a room change and they assigned a room next door. It was also having a very stingy smell. Finally we were assigned a room that was neither good or bad but we had to adjust to it. Overall it was a very discomfort experience.

"Add a bit more professionalism."

Room was clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good.

The toilet is not arranged properly. Not designed well. The room being on the 5th floor was leaking when the rains lashed in the evening. This caused the lift to cease working. But the staff helped us to bring the luggage downstairs. But we understand that was not intentional. The entrance to the fifth floor room is from the dining room which hinders the privacy when the door is opened. But overall the stay was good.
