Very good hotel and good staff mr. Abin

The bed in the room was damaged, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bed sheets and towels seemed quite old, which wasn’t pleasant at all. It’s clear that the room could use some attention and updates to improve the overall comfort and cleanliness. I hope the management takes note and makes improvements to enhance the guest experience.

Day staff were quite rude and not willing to serve us Breakfast was not healthy, fruits were not fresh, no option for baby in breakfast Room size was small not even meeting the norms of normal double bed size room Due to lack of smoking zone, room gets filled with smoke from other rooms

Breakfast was good and the breakfast serving staff were very courteous and friendly.

There was no water in the morning. We had to wait for an hour to get water; if someone had used the bathroom in the night, there would have been no water. The room's are too small. T V does not work; had to call the staff every time for it to be connected and setting up the network.

Friendly staff, ready to support any time. Neat and well arranged room. Breakfast was really good. A recommended hotel for Family.
