Treebo JP Residency

Very congusted rooms but pleasent

Location. No food outlets nearby

The rooms were actually smaller than I expected but it was clean and basic amenities were provided. Staff was prompt and polite.

The only two things I liked was the behavior of the two girls at the reception and the location.

1. They (Treebo, not this specific hotel) chased me to pay 50% The increased the price from what was in the invoice during booking. This price increase of 500 Rs was through booking.com , not just through their payment request/link. 2. The rooms were too small compared to the photos. The corridor of the hotel was so narrow, only one person could walk at a time. It looked like some very old lodge. 3. The bedsheet had some allergen like dust or something, all of us started sneezing. we had two rooms and the case was same in both rooms. They looked clean but there was some dust. 4. Regulator of the fan was missing in one room so we could not adjust the speed. 5. TV remotes had old batteries in one room so i had to switch batteries from the TV remote to the cable reomote to watch TV. In the other room, one of the remotes was not working at all , so could not use TV 6. Booking.com showed the orignial price as some 4k+ on whoich discount was given. This is hugely misleading people to think that the quality of the room would be actually of some hotel that charges 4k+ per night. It is clear that this is a marketing technique which i have seen before, but this time it was a big difference in quality. So Booking,com has disappointed this time with the photos, the non-discounted price shown, and for hiking the price after senidng me an invoice with a lower amount. Overall, i would not have had any complaints if I were traveling alone . For the price, someone who needs to just stay one night, this is ok (except the dusty thing) and faulty TV and fan accessories. Now, while I would have considered these and given a higher rating, the arrogance of Treebo for hiking hte price does not let me. The first time I am disappointed with treebo as well.

Nothing special to like

Nothing to like, room not clean , floor completely wet all the time, AC was not properly working, very narrow corridor, breakfast was not good, check out was very embarrassing. I was checking out very early morning due to exam duty, they told the guest can leave once someone will check the room properly that nothing is missing from room because this is our policy.

Ok to stay

The room is clean.

The staff haven't replaced the handwash bodywash moisturizer and soap.I am very very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast.That was the worst food I have ever had. And for early checking they asked me to pay extra 500. I have stayed in many 3 star and 4 star hotels. It is not even a star but still charging a high amount and are not providing any amenities. I will never stay here again.It is not worth for the money.
