I loved everything except for the noisy bed

The bed was really noisy but other than that it was very comfortable

I like there was a fridge and a stove, the layout was just good.

Pillows were very thin. I stacked 3 and still woke up stiff.

Did not get the room I was supposed to get only had one bed and it was almost on the floor and it was hard as a rock then as could be my back has been killing me for a week since I slept in it no extra pillows no extra blankets ..

There was pet/animal hair on the comforter and the TV remote had been chewed on by a previous guest

Staff Cindy very rude and prejudice manager Miney rude and prejudice asked for a 30 min late check out and was berated disrespected and belittled to that I had no response except shock and confusion.
