WoodSpring Suites Downers Grove - Chicago

There was no breakfast provided at my location. Just coffee/tea.

The water pressure wasn't the best. While there was a variable shower head, it still didn't meet my expectations. Also there were times that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow.

The place was clean and the location was great!

I booked a suite so that I would have a hair dryer, iron and the ability to make myself breakfast. None of that was available in the room. Even Howard Johnson’s has those items. The front desk said they would let me have a hairdryer if I surrendered my drivers license. I would need to do that every time I wanted a hairdryer. Absolutely ridiculous for having a suite. Although they had kitchen facilities, not one cup bowl or cooking utensil. Not acceptable!

Location is good, easy in/out access. Decent room size and restroom space. Rooms have refrigerator, microwave and even a small top stove like to cook.

The beds make a lot of noise due to the them just on top of a box spring. The rooms have thin floors/ceilings, if you have a room above you can hear all the walking/stomping.

Great front desk staff. Very clean rooms. Excellent location, excellent value for money.

Wi-fi connection was not good.

No staff. The guy staff member when he did show up, was trying to charge me for clean sheets after one of my children had an accident.

Near, area of my employment

Not enough pillows, in rooms and bad smell in hall ways coming from either food or something else. Facilities smell like a nursing home.

El hotel es muy aseado, silencioso, la ubicación estuvo muy buena, y la atención del personal genial; sin duda me volvería a quedar.
